Why should this book wriggle its way to your TBR?
Amber Green Takes on Manhattan has the perfect balance of humour, sexy and fast flowing storyline set in a glamours destination!
Amber Green reminded me of one of my old time favourite heroine - Becky Bloomwood! Her zeal and determination were very exciting to read about, especially when Amber and her boyfriend Rob landed in New York and were about to embark on a vibrant and fast paced lifestyle. Amber wasn't afraid of grabbing every opportunity to promote herself and make the best out of her glamorous job as a stylist.
I loved Amber's witty, fabulous and stylish character and was very happy to come on a ride around the Big Apple and take a sneak peek behind the curtain glittery fashion world. Luckily Amber has a personality that attracts people, and she makes friends in America pretty quickly. The lovely couple next door (Tina and Max), BFF Vicky and the talent designer Maurice added spice and an exciting layer to the story.
It is safe to say I have found another fantastic author to add to my favourite pile! Rosie Nixon created a book that made me laugh, got me very excited and hooked me on from the very first chapter. A story that was very hard to say good bye too! Loved every minute of Amber Green adventure!
Amber Green Takes on Manhattan continues the story of Rosie Nixon previous book called The Stylist.
