Celebrations and Confetti
Cedarwood Lodge # 1
By Rebecca Raisin
Releasing October 24, 2016
Part one in a feel-good romantic serial from bestselling author Rebecca Raisin!
Clio Winters is finally fulfilling her childhood dream of renovating the gorgeous old Cedarwood Lodge in Evergreen. Turning it into the perfect destination for big celebrations, weddings and parties has brought her back home, but Cedarwood Lodge is in need of a lot of tender loving care.
Perhaps all the work will be the perfect distraction from the real reason she had to leave her glamorous New York life behind.
Will coming home be the best decision of her life… or her biggest regret?
Cedarwood Lodge is a delectable romance told in three parts - following Clio Winters journey back to her hometown of Evergreen. This is Part One.

My honest thoughts on this book:
Another fabulous festive book- this time by Rebecca Raisin. And what a tantalising book treat is it! As always Rebecca manages to bring us a story that is full of warm/intriguing characters that seem to be eager to jump out of the pages and install themselves in your hearts and mind. Then there are the sumptuously idyllic descriptions of the landscape that will take your breath away and charm the pants off.
Cedarwood Lodge is a place that has the feel of the time go by era. After a scandalous accident at work Clio Winters, the leading lady of this series jumps at the chance to buy the mysterious Cedarwood Lodge that is nestled in her hometown of Evergreen. Clio longs to renovate it into a one-stop place where people can have fun the old fashioned way, there will be dancing and pottery classes, people playing a game of cards and taking a long trek up the mountains or just chilling out in front of the fire with a glass of wine and a good book.
After a couple of building/renovating disaster, Clio and her team of hard workers are ready to host the first event in Cedarwood Lodge. Clio hopes this event will kickstart a long and successful future for her and her new business.
Rebecca Raisin is a wonderful author who has an exceptional talent with words. The stories that come alive under her pen are full of inspiring characters, emotional yet delighful storylines that get our attention piqued from the very first page and breathtaking descriptions of the landscapes that make me want to jump inside the pages of her books and take long holidays, this time the place to be is Evergreen!
Can't wait to find out what Clio and her friends will get up to in the next instalment of Cedarwood Lodge.
A huge thank you to Rebecca Raisin and Helen from LRR Promos for letting me be part of this BlogTour.
