And will Payton’s drive for perfection cost her the one thing she loves most? Or will she learn to embrace imperfections? And maybe perfect is the one thing Payton doesn’t want after all . . .
My honest thoughts on this book....
What a romantic read! A perfect love story! Aven Ellis always seems to warm my heart and give me THE FEELS every time I grab one of her books.
The Green Tea Latte To Go is the first book in a new series,
The Life, Love & Lattes Series.
And who would not love a blogger Payton and her warm and kind personality that is so easy to relate to and bond with? Hand up for me! I so adored the chemistry between Payton and her new man Brooks ( the very handsome British vet). Straight from the beginning, Payton develops a huge crush and THE FEELS for Brooks. And it was very clear that he seems to reciprocate even though Brooks had been hurt in the past by his long-term girlfriend Isla who gave up on him and his very demanding job. He is ready to start living his life again and so is Payton by the looks of it!
I loved the two leading characters, but I just couldn't understand Payton's family and their demands on Payton life, but as someone brilliant pointed out to Payton that her family is only protective of her future, then I finally warm up the James clan.
The Green Tea Latter To Go is a fabulous, sweetly romantic, sexy, sumptuously idylic and fast flowing story. It has everything to offer to someone who is looking for a pure escapism by the queen of perfect romantic stories!
I am already looking forward to reading her next book!
Happy Reading! xo
