Reading this book is like stepping into a chocolate perfect story. I delighted so much in the descriptions of The Little Wedding Shop. If I ever had a shop, I would like to be exactly like The Little One of Brides by the Sea only with books instead of the wedding related goodies.
When the owner of Brides by the Sea, Cornwall’s cutest little wedding shop, offers Lily a job as their new wedding stylist, her first thought is – can she possibly pull it off?
Before she’s even sourced a fairy light or tasted a cupcake, Kip Penryn hires her services – but he’s opened an exclusive wedding venue in direct competition with her friend Poppy.
Lily feels like a traitor working for Kip; only everyone knows Penryn men are gorgeous but unreliable. All she has to do is sit back and watch him mess it up…doesn't she?
Love is in the Cornish sea breeze this summer as the girls tackle their busiest wedding season yet. There’s plenty of bunting, bubbly and baking – but who is going to catch the bouquet?
Summer at the Little Wedding Shop is the third book in The Little Wedding Shop by the Sea. You can still read it as a stand-alone, but I would strongly recommend sampling the two previous Little books as it will give you the whole pictures of who's who and round up this series in a perfect Little package.
I would describe the cast of characters in this story as sparkly, fun and fabulous. It felt so lovely to be back in Brides by the Sea, the most charming wedding shop!
In Bunting and Bouquets, we follow Lily's story as a new wedding stylist for Brides by the Sea; she is sent on a mission to find out all the information about the newest wedding business in town. Lilly has her work cut out not only she must spy on Kip Penryn's new wedding venue, but she also needs to organise three weddings that are taking place throughout the book.
I love books with the wedding theme, and there is certainly lot drama, bridezilla-ness and rivalry involved in Bunting and Bouquets.
That definitely meant a lot of fun reading Summer in the Little Wedding Shop.
Hop on the wedding carriage that will take you on a delightful, warm and very romantic journey to Brides by the Sea!
A huge thank you to Jane Linfoot for sending me a invitation to read this book in exchange for a fair review!
